Enjoy this customized ArtWalk to public art and architecture across Seefeld discrict by MatchArt. Starting from Jean Tinguely’s "Heureka" sculpture, passing next to Henry Moore’s, the Pavillon Le Corbusier, and up to the square of Bellevue, we will discover together the parks and gardens transformed into stages for works of public art and the ancient villas that tell the story of one of the most elegant neighborhoods of the entire city.

How can I purchase an Experience?

Purchasing our Experiences is easy! You can choose the Experience you prefer from those proposed on the website. First, select what you prefer, pick a date and language; then enter the number of peolple and the requested data and follow the instructions for payment. Don’t forget to check that you have received the confirmation email from us! The purchase will be not valid until the email will be delivered.

What is the validity of a purchase for an Experience?

The purchase is valid only on the selected date and language. If you have any problems or questions, please contact us at info@matchart.ch.

What if I cannot participate in the Experience I purchased? Is there a way to reschedule the Experience?

If, for any reason, you can not take part in the Experience already purchased, please, don't hesitate to contact us at info@matchart.ch. We will find the best solution together. In case of reschedule the following fees will be charged: change of booking up to 6 days before tour: free of charge; each further rebooking: CHF 50.- per change/order. To have a better overview of our policy, please read carefully our Terms of Service. In case of need to reschedule, please contact us and we will find the best solution together.

What is the cancellation and refund policy of the Experiences?

The following conditions apply to cancellations: up to 7 days before order: free of charge; from 6 to 2 days before order: 50% of the total amount; from 48 to 0 hours before the order: 100% of the total amount.

What should I do if I'm late to an Experience?

We wait for you for a maximum of 10 minutes. In case of delay, please, send us an email at info@matchart.ch in order to arrange a last second solution.

What If I want to join an Experience at the last minute or invite a friend?

We will do everything to make it possible! In this case please contact us at our email info@matchart.ch.

How can I buy the museum ticket? During the Experience, what can I do or take to the museum?

Before the start of the visit, you can either purchase it online or directly at the museum ticket office, unless otherwise specified. Don't forget to check the link for the pricing overview above. Each museum has different rules! You can find the links on our page Museum rules. In case of any problems or questions, please contact us at info@matchart.ch.

How can I purchase a Gift Card?

Purchasing our Gift Card is easy! You can buy a Gift Card by choosing one of the amounts offered on MatchArt Gift Cards pages. You will not have to select the type of visit, date and time. Select a value, the quantity, add it to your cart, enter the requested data and follow the instructions for payment. Please ensure that you have received the confirmation email and the second email with your digital gift card, including its unique number! The purchase will be not valid until you don't receive both of the above mantioned emails.

What can I buy with my Gift Card?

Our Gift Card can be used to purchase one of our "Visit, Enjoy and Learn" proposals on MatchArt website only.

How can I use my Gift Card?

To redeem your Gift Card, simply use your Gift Card code at the checkout. First select the Experience you prefer, pick a date and language; then add you Gift Card unique code, enter the requested data and follow the instructions for payment. In case the order exceeds the amount of the your Gift Card, the balance must be paid by an alternative method. Don’t forget to check that you have received the confirmation email of the successful Gift Card process!

Can I request a refund for my gift card? What if I loose my gift card?

MatchArt's Gift Card is not refundable. MatchArt is not responsible in case of loss and the Gift Cart cannot be exchanged for money.

Can I use the Gift Card for more than one time? Can I use a Gift Card to pay for a Gift Card?

Yes, if there is still a balance on the Gift Card. No, you can't use a Gift Card to pay another Gift Card.

Do I get a physical Gift Card?

No, MatchArt Gift Card is just digital.

What is the price of the Gift Card? How can I check the balance of my Gift Card?

It’s up to you! You can pick among one of the visits proposed, starting from CHF 30.-. You can check the balance on your Gift Card. Alternatively, you can send us an email if you need more information.

Does the gift card have a time limit?

All MatchArt Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you redeem your Gift Card before the expiry date that appears on it. Once the certificate has expired we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances.

Are "ArTalks & Prosecco" events subject to special conditions?

No. All our special events are subject the same "policies" and the "terms and conditions" of the Experiences. Please note: in addition to that you will have to accept the specific disclaimer valid for every single event.
